This unique program works to ensure the best possible outcomes for a child born with a cleft lip and/or cleft palate. The team of physicians, surgeons and other specialists address all aspects of care including feeding, hearing, speech, dentition, dental occlusion and facial appearance from infancy to adulthood.
The JCCP team meets two or three times a month to evaluate each child individually. The care required for each child to attain the best medical and cosmetic outcomes is provided regardless of insurance status.
