The Partnership for Child Health currently provides support for the following programs, partnerships and initiatives:

  • Bower Lyman Center for the Medically Complex Child at UF
  • Collaborative Care Model/Hall Halliburton Center – Expanding Primary Care Physicians’ roles in providing a medical home to children and youth with mental and behavioral health issue
  • Criminal Justice, Mental Health & Substance Abuse Reinvestment Grant

  • Jacksonville System of Care Initiative (SAMHSA)
